I usually throw the seeds of watermelon, from now no more.. I will be eating them up. Will add pumpkin and flax seeds to my meals. I loved this post

We’re waiting for you to say something about watermelon and pumpkins. I have curiosity about watermelon. I don’t ever spit seeds, whatever fruit I am eating I don’t know if it’s good or dangerous.
